Write

appflow:StartFlow is a Write access-level action in the appflow service. Grants permission to activate (for scheduled and event-triggered flows) or run (for on-demand flows) a flow configured in Amazon AppFlow

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants appflow:StartFlow.

aws:ResourceTag/${TagKey} String

Filters access by tag-value associated with the resource

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows appflow:StartFlow. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
