Write

appstream:Stream is a Write access-level action in the appstream service. Grants permission to federated users to sign in by using their existing credentials and stream applications from the specified stack

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants appstream:Stream.

aws:ResourceTag/${TagKey} String

Filters access by the tag key-value pairs attached to the resource
