Permissions management

bedrock-agentcore:PartiallyAuthorizeActions is a Permissions management access-level action in the bedrock-agentcore service. Grants permission to perform partial evaluation of Cedar policies to authorize a caller to list tools they are allowed to call

A minimal policy that allows bedrock-agentcore:PartiallyAuthorizeActions. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
