Write

budgets:ModifyBudget is a Write access-level action in the budgets service. Grants permission to create and modify budgets, and edit budget details. Creating a budget with tags also requires the 'budgets:TagResource' permission

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants budgets:ModifyBudget.

Filters access based on the tags that are passed in the request

Filters access based on the tags associated with the resource

aws:TagKeys ArrayOfString

Filters access based on the tag keys that are passed in the request
