chime:CreateMeeting is a Write access-level action in the chime service. Grants permission to create a new meeting in the specified media Region, with no initial attendees (tag-based access controls are only supported on meetings-chime.<region>.amazonaws.com endpoints)
This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.
