codebuild:ImportSourceCredentials is a Write access-level action in the codebuild service. Grants permission to import the source repository credentials for an AWS CodeBuild project that has its source code stored in a GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, or Bitbucket repository
This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.
