cognito-identity:LookupDeveloperIdentity is a Read access-level action in the cognito-identity service. Grants permission to retrieve the IdentityId associated with a DeveloperUserIdentifier or the list of DeveloperUserIdentifiers associated with an IdentityId for an existing identity
