Write

config:StopConfigurationRecorder is a Write access-level action in the config service. Grants permission to the customer managed configuration recorder to stop recording configurations of the AWS resources you have selected to record in your AWS account

Filters access by tag-value associated with the resource

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows config:StopConfigurationRecorder. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
