deadline:ListFleets is a List access-level action in the deadline service. Grants permission to list all fleets
ARNs that deadline:ListFleets can be scoped to in an IAM policy.

Filters access by the principle ID provided in the request
Filters access by the user calling the Deadline Cloud API
Filters access by the tags associated with the resource
Filters access by membership levels on the farm
Filters access by membership levels on the fleet
A minimal policy that allows deadline:ListFleets. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
