dsql:UntagResource is a Tagging access-level action in the dsql service. Grants permission to remove tags from Aurora DSQL resources

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows dsql:UntagResource. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
