This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.

Filters access by the name of the AWS Region
A minimal policy that allows ec2:DescribeInstanceCreditSpecifications. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
