glue:GetTables is a Read access-level action in the glue service. Grants permission to retrieve the tables in a database

Condition keys

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants glue:GetTables.

glue:FederatedAuthorizationSource String

Filters access by whether the resource belongs to federated authorization

glue:LakeFormationPermissions String

Filters access by whether Lake Formation permission checks will be performed for a given caller and the Glue resource

aws:ResourceTag/${TagKey} String

Filters access by tag key-value pairs attached to the resource

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows glue:GetTables. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
