This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.

Filters access by the ID of an AWS FIS action
Filters access by the percentage of calls being affected by an AWS FIS action
Filters access by the ARN of an AWS FIS target
A minimal policy that allows kinesis:InjectApiError. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
