organizations:ListOutboundResponsibilityTransfers is a List access-level action in the organizations service. Grants permission to list all responsibilities of a particular type transfered to another organization
This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.

Filters access by the specified responsibility transfer by the direction
Filters access by the specified responsibility transfer type names
A minimal policy that allows organizations:ListOutboundResponsibilityTransfers. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
