quicksight:Subscribe is a Write access-level action in the quicksight service. Grants permission to subscribe to Amazon QuickSight, and also to allow the user to upgrade the subscription to Enterprise edition
This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.
