List

rds:DescribeDBParameterGroups is a List access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to return a list of DBParameterGroup descriptions

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB parameter group

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:DescribeDBParameterGroups. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
