rds:DescribeDBSnapshotAttributes is a List access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to return a list of DB snapshot attribute names and values for a manual DB snapshot

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB snapshot

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:DescribeDBSnapshotAttributes. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
