rds:DescribeEventSubscriptions

List

rds:DescribeEventSubscriptions is a List access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to list all the subscription descriptions for a customer account

Filters access by the set of tag key-value pairs attached to the resource

Filters access by the tag attached to an event subscription

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:DescribeEventSubscriptions. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
