Write

rds:DisableHttpEndpoint is a Write access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to disable http endpoint for a DB cluster

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB cluster

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:DisableHttpEndpoint. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
