rds:ModifyDBSnapshot

Write

rds:ModifyDBSnapshot is a Write access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to update a manual DB snapshot, which can be encrypted or not encrypted, with a new engine version

Filters access by the set of tag key-value pairs attached to the resource

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB option group

rds:snapshot-tag/${TagKey} String

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB snapshot

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:ModifyDBSnapshot. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
