rds:ResetDBParameterGroup is a Write access-level action in the rds service. Grants permission to modify the parameters of a DB parameter group to the engine/system default value

Filters access by the tag attached to a DB parameter group

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rds:ResetDBParameterGroup. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
