rekognition:UntagResource is a Tagging access-level action in the rekognition service. Grants permission to remove one or more tags from a resource

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows rekognition:UntagResource. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
