resource-groups:CreateGroup is a Write access-level action in the resource-groups service. Grants permission to create a resource group with a specified name, description, and resource query

Resource types

This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.

Condition keys

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants resource-groups:CreateGroup.

Filters access by the presence of tag key-value pairs in the request

Filters access by the presence of tag keys in the request

Example IAM policy
