route53resolver:GetResolverRule is a Read access-level action in the route53resolver service. Grants permission to get information about a specified Resolver rule, such as the domain name that the rule forwards DNS queries for and the IP address that queries are forwarded to
ARNs that route53resolver:GetResolverRule can be scoped to in an IAM policy.

A minimal policy that allows route53resolver:GetResolverRule. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
