s3:PutBucketTagging is a Tagging access-level action in the s3 service. Grants permission to add a set of tags to an existing Amazon S3 bucket

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows s3:PutBucketTagging. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
