sagemaker:StopNotebookInstance is a Write access-level action in the sagemaker service. Grants permission to stop a notebook instance. This terminates the EC2 instance. Before terminating the instance, Amazon SageMaker disconnects the EBS volume from it. Amazon SageMaker preserves the EBS volume
