ses:ListContacts is a List access-level action in the ses service. Grants permission to list the contacts present in a specific contact list

Keys you can use in the Condition block of a policy that grants ses:ListContacts.

Filters access by tag key-value pairs attached to the resource

A minimal policy that allows ses:ListContacts. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
