ses:ListDeliverabilityTestReports is a List access-level action in the ses service. Grants permission to retrieve the list of the predictive inbox placement tests that you've performed, regardless of their statuses, for your account
This action does not support resource-level permissions; use "Resource": "*" in your policy.
