signer:AddProfilePermission is a Permissions management access-level action in the signer service. Grants permission to add cross-account permissions to a Signing Profile

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows signer:AddProfilePermission. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
