Tagging

ssm-contacts:TagResource is a Tagging access-level action in the ssm-contacts service. Grants permission to add tags to the specified resource

A minimal policy that allows ssm-contacts:TagResource. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
