wisdom:ListContents is a List access-level action in the wisdom service. Grants permission to list the content with a knowledge base

Filters access by the tags associated with the resource

Example IAM policy

A minimal policy that allows wisdom:ListContents. Replace "Resource": "*" with a specific ARN to follow least privilege.
